Shop review: Low in alcohol, semi-sparkling, but remarkably fruity and fragrant, it has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Excellent with pastries, cakes, desserts, fruit, sushi, sashimi, and spicy dishes.
My review: It has a very sweet smell and taste. The texture was fresh and airy. I probably could not have more than one glass though because of its level of sweetness. However, it was very enjoyable and was one of my favorite wines from that day's tasting.
I did not have food with this tasting.
