Shop review: Fragrant aromas of Asian spices, incense, cassis, tobacco, and violets inform the nose of a layered, spicy, nicely balanced wine with a forward personality.
My review: Very rich and the smell of spicy dark cherries on the nose. An enjoyable blend of dark rich berries and old wood/oak on the palate. One of the more enjoyable wines I sampled during this tasting.
