Shop review: Fine, brilliant light yellow in color. Fine floral, fresh nose of white flowers interspersed white vineyard peach and pear. On the palate, fresh aromas of yellow fruit, toast and Weinbergspfirsisch, creamy, very fine bubbles. Very elegant, dry, stimulating, a classic "wine-Cremant" in a very high level.
My review: On the nose, sweet, with an elegant blend of nectar and pear. An enjoyably bubbly sparkling wine. A uniquely sweet and slightly tart mid-palate.
