Shop review: 88 points, Robert Parker. The 2010 Vina Aljibes Rosado was produced from 100% Syrah. Rose petals, cherry blossom, and strawberry scents lead to a concentrated, savory, ripe Rose with excellent balance and a seamless finish. It will pair nicely with sushi.
My review: Smells distinctly of strawberries, in a sorbet, yogurt, or popsicle form. On the mid-palate, tastes of tart strawberries. Very clean with a quick finish.
