Shop review: Pale yellow brilliant color. On the nose has a prominent presence of white fruits and anise, together with the tropical fruits typical from the variety (peach, apricot). On the palate it has a balanced acidity, with a long and silky aftertaste.
My review: On the nose, it is very bright and fruity, nectar-like. Tart and fruity on the mid-palate, reminds me of apples and pears. Quick finish.
I did not have food with this tasting.
